Mariners Guesthouse 

Marinershuest House is a well known

B&B in Poole.The new owner, Yvonne Donoghue, has freshened up the decor in all the public and private rooms, but the old web site didn't reflect the quality deco and services. We have incoporated the Mariner's funky deco style and re-designed an eye catching web site that brought a stream of new visitors to their site every day. Yvonne received two enquiries straight after the new site was launched. 

We have worked intensively on the SEO aspect of this site. Two months after the site was launched, this site was listed as the Google search Number 1 under the the search term "B&B in Poole".

Ash House Farm is a 4 star Silver Award Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast with 6 rooms on offer.  The owner Mrs Sue Schofield is a very dynamic lady who chose a middle range site then did a lot of content entry by herself after received some training.

Sue prefers talking to her guests first before she take them on and wasn't ready to use online booking, so we developed this Availability Calender for her. We have also developed this interactive map so her guest can use this map to plan their days out.Further more, we implemented this search widget to allow guests search for "things to do' and"what's on" events.

The web site was reviewed by the Tourist Board Inspector who commented that "The web site is very easy to find on the main web browsers and has all the information guests require and has very good pictures, descriptions and directional information. Very good to see that the Access statement is clearly displayed as a separate document."

Dr Zhou can then phone customers for a discussion already with some knowledge about his potential clients.

The owner of the business has strong marketing background herself and is very keen on putting innovative package deal on the web and manage the content of the web and sale activities by herself. We constructed a CMS web site and trained her on updating the web content by herself. we advised her to sign up with FlipKey (a sister company of TripAdviser) and use that channel to advertise as well as using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Willow Tree was not happy with their previous online booking provider who charges heavy commission. We provided an online booking system and implemented into this web site which allow them to change tariff, send automated e-mail to customers who booked online and capture all their customers' contact details and store in a Database.These can later lead to use for e-mail campaign.

Within a month, the revenue generated through online booking from this web site paid off the cost for building this web site.

We implemented GoogleAnalytic on this web site and activity monitor if the two portal sites mentioned above actually bring enough business to justify the expense.
