Client: MTL Instrument Group - a large instrument engineering group

Client requirements:

• new look perfect-bound catalogue.
• the pages on each product series to be separately re-printable but to have a consistency of style to demonstrate the group's coherence and identity.
• all technical data to be completely accurate.

Design solution:

• despite the challenging complexity of artwork checking and print management, the 328-page plus cover catalogue with 4 and 2 colour processes was completed with high quality, on time and within the client's budget
• the new 'iris proof' technology, which does not involve making a film proved to be the most economical solution for the client
