E-mail campaign management for Beechfield House Hotel

Beechfield House Hotel is a country house hotel and restaurant with conference and spa beauty treatment facilities. It is also use as a wedding venue. We first had a long meeting with the owner and made big effort to understand the business. We then spent long time to segment the customers into different groups to ensure that each campaign is delivered to relevant audience. For example, we set up an automated e-mail campaign to send to couples who got married in this Hotel a year ago and created a special treat to invite them back to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.  Our effort paid off. Each campaign brought repeated business and drove big traffic to their web site. The campaign was especially useful to gain oversea visitors who wouldn't visit their web site otherwise. It is proved to be an ideal channel to up sell and cross sell.

The campaign is greatly integrated with other social media plantform and can be shared in Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and more therefore really strengthtened this Hotel's presence in social media platform.

Wedding Fayre invitation - This campaign was a huge success. Tim runs a tree service business for a few years. He holds a BSc (Hons) in business that concentrated on arboriculture. The business hold all legislative National Proficiency Test Certification required for the services and has comprehensive Insurance cover. we created a professional looking web site to represent that professionalism. We also set up a section to allow Tim to put his work samples there. Tim is particularly happy with the online enquiry feature - the system automatically capture any potential customer's contact details and their request through an online inquiry form and send to Tim's mobile phone. Tim can then phone customers for a discussion even when he is in the middle of doing another job.

The site was launched in Late September. Within two weeks, Tim gained a few business through Web site.

Willow Tree Barn is a 4 Star Gold self-catering accommodation provider. The owner of the business has strong marketing background herself and is very keen on putting innovative package deal on the web and manage the content of the web and sale activities by herself. We constructed a CMS web site and trained her on updating the web content by herself. we advised her to sign up with FlipKey (a sister company of TripAdviser) and use that channel to advertise as well as using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Willow Tree was not happy with their previous online booking provider who charges heavy commission. We provided an online booking system and implemented into this web site which allow them to change tariff, send automated e-mail to customers who booked online and capture all their customers' contact details and store in a Database.These can later lead to use for e-mail campaign.

Within a month, the revenue generated through online booking from this web site paid off the cost for building this web site.

Manor Barn is a small luxury boutique B&B in Dorset. The owner came to our training workshop and wanted to put the knowledge into practice. She has a very good eye for colours and design and this site is a reflection of her style and taste. The business is with Sawdays and Wolsey Lodges and pays quite substantial amount just to keep on their list. We implemented GoogleAnalytic on this web site and activity monitor if the two portal sites mentioned above actually bring enough business to justify the expense.

Manor Barn has booked more training to learn more about online marketing to expand the web content and improve site ranking.
